Hello there
Is there a way to make a filter menu like this?

I need to make a menu like this, with submenus. I want the submenu to appear when users click on a tag to filter example: when users filter by "Dresses", the submenu appears showing types of dresses
Is this possible?

You may create a "Collections" filter that has two-level menu.
