    Hi

I have faced a jQuery-related issue on my website. whenever I opened my website on Ipad Pro its work fine. But when I change the view from portrait to landscape, some components (like the header menu, my account tab section) will not display as expected. You can check the attached video for a better understanding.

    >span class="s2">

No issue on iPad Air 2 as it loads mobile layout on both horizontal and vertical view.

Issue is on iPad Pro and other tablets when it loads the mobile layout on vertical view and switches to desktop layout on horizontal view and vice versa.

    • issue on homepage. Navigation menu font styles should be Monserrat (all capital letters) but sometimes it’s showing Monserrat small letter and the text are not aligned - see video
    • Issue on account page custom tabs (history and account details) on vertical / horizontal view - see screenshot. Both tabs are shown twice.

It seems that jquery isn’t recalled properly when switching screen resolution (horizontal to vertical etc). Can you fix this across all devices and browsers?

    my developer couldn’t fix it

    Hello, abcxytz1234.

Our developer checked the issue with the menu in the Header. And could not repeat the issue on your store.

    Here is his recommendations:

You may try to remove all the custom changes for this menu item and check if you can repeat this bug.

I also recommend to test this issue in clean theme files. Do you see this issue on the clean theme files?

    Have a nice day!

    Best regards, Irina
