I am trying to make it so that the blocks on our Shella site display as 2 columns on mobile, like the documentation indicates you can do here: https://mpthemes.net/shella-shopify-theme/documentation-version4/doc02-01-home-builder.php

Unfortunately, your theme version doesn't have this option. It was added to the latest theme update.
You may consider to update your theme to the latest version 4.10.0 that includes this option.
