Hello, I think I expressed the situation wrong. For example, one dress has blue, red, yellow color and S, M, L size options. I have defined these Options to the product. This product appears as a single card on the Collections page. I want all colors listed separately
Is this possible ?

This is the core Shopify functionality.
You can configure products and product variants for each product at Shopify admin -> Products.
These settings will be displayed on a storefront.

You can only create each color variant as a separate product at Shopify admin and add product variants for each of them.
And then disable "Show options (variants)" and "Show button 'Add to cart'" in the theme Editor -> Theme settings -> Product -> Collection Page -
