Hello, when I change the theme to Shella and then change the thumbnail of the product to GIF, the GIF does not play on the product page and work like normal picture. Previously, default themes played GIF automatically. How do I start playing the GIF as a thumbnail of the product? I would like to play the GIF as shown in the attached video.
I disabled an option "Enable format 'PJPG'" at Theme settings -> Button, Input & Promo Box to use gif images, but nothing changes. Still GIF doesn't play. What should I do?

By default the progressive jpg format is enabled in the theme.
You may need to disable an option "Enable format 'PJPG'" at Theme settings -> Button, Input & Promo Box to use gif images -
