"How do you edit the client services text" (#2783757) / MPIthemes

Instead of client services I want to change the text to "Info"
Also the text from "Register" to "Sign Up"

Hello, Court.
Almost all texts can be edited at Theme actions -> Edit languages, press each tab and change text to yours.
You may need to press tab "Layout" and scroll down to "Header" block -
