You can change the font at Theme settings -> Typography.
Unfortunately, the custom code changes are not included in the theme support.
You may edit the theme source files according to your needs, or hire a Shopify expert to complete this task for your store.
In short words, you may:
1) Link your custom font with CSS font-face - https://www.w3schools.com/cssref/css3_pr_font-face_rule.asp
2) Enable the custom.min.css file at Theme settings -> Developer or add your custom CSS styles at other file.
