Hello, I would like to create an 'About Our Story' on the homepage of our website similar to the attachment. I believe I am using Homepage Variant #18 (is there somewhere I can confirm #18 as I am not 100% sure) and can I add this feature without having to change from Home page - Variant #18 to the #16?
Also how can I add text and an image onto our homepage like the 'Why Choose'? Are there videos, how to tutorials as I can't find anything?

1. If you want to configure an 'About Our Story' section, you may need to create a Builder section with two Promo boxes in it -

For the first Promo box, select the Layout Type - Text v1, as it is shown on the screenshot -

And also add some text lines -

It was also added a page with the list text -

You can create a page at Shopify admin -> Pages -

For the second Promo box, select the Layout Type - Image without text and add an image -

You can configure any layout according to your needs by simply removing or adding some sections.
2. For 'Why Choose' section, you may need to create a Builder section with the Promo box banner -

You may also need to select any of the Layout Type - only text for this Promo box -

Then you may need to create one more Builder section with the settings -
