We have been dealing with different issues during the setup and configuration of the theme. After configuring the color names and hex codes in the Global Settings I was able to see the whole row of color swatches in my product page. I am using printful as POD service and I had to configure the color names and their values in hex code color. I did not configured an image for the swatches since showing colors is good enough.
The swatches work intermittenly in the collection page's sidebar. There are collections were it shows and other were it simply does not work.
Thank you Angela, but what about the checkmark Show all from collection? Is not recommended to use that feature? that is what I am using now. Before I configured all the colors in the Global settings, the colors sectiont in sidebar wasn't working. After doing that, Is working (partially). So according to the video I have to tag all the products with the colors available and size for those filters to work.
What about the Product Type? I have many collections that have T-shirts but this product type never is listed in the sidebar. Do you have any suggestions?
I forgot to upload a screenshot on my last message. I went to double check that my collection had the product configured and it did.
In this collection I have many different products available but in th collection page's sidebar it only shows 2 types of product. That filter cannot work based on tags because the whole point is to use the Product Type. What are your thoughts on this issue? what could I be doing wrong?

Hello,Nolan .
Sidebar filters work with product tags only. You should add your custom colors as product tags. Pay attention to spelling of color words. Also such video can helps - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JY_M57G3SYk&list=PLj-506KaR_vfRdRRBX0k8jYIt_VcxN-34&index=24
thanks!

Hello, Nolan.
I've opened your site and see that there are many product types in sidebar filter - https://prnt.sc/pzj954
all is correct, filter works with product type field from admin - https://prnt.sc/pzj9ur
than in corresponding collection (to which the product is added) you see all these product types - https://prnt.sc/pzja8t
and in Editor sidebar settings - https://prnt.sc/pzjasl
thanks!
